1. Introduction
DAYA Devraha facilitates participation in spiritual retreats, yagyas, pujas, and Vedic ceremonies through our website yogini.dayadevraha.com. These Terms govern your use of our services and your rights and obligations when you participate.
2. Registration and Orders
2.1. To register for an event, you must provide accurate contact information including your name and email address. 2.2. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate. 2.3. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your participation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payments are accepted in INR (Indian Rupees), RUB (Russian Rubles), USD (US Dollars), and other currencies as listed during registration. 3.2. Payment methods include: — Online payment via Razorpay (for INR donations) — Bank transfer (for RUB and other currencies) — Other payment methods as available 3.3. Your participation is confirmed only after payment is received by the organizer. 3.4. For bank transfers, please upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation for faster processing.
4. Services and Access
4.1. Access to events and materials is provided upon confirmation of your payment. 4.2. Event details, links, and materials will be sent to your registered email address. 4.3. The organizer is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent you from accessing the services.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued. 5.2. For participant-initiated cancellations: — 14 or more days before the event: 100% refund — 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund — Less than 7 days before the event: No refund 5.3. Refund requests should be submitted to events@dayadevraha.com.
6. Modifications to Terms
